Peace Pickers Bluegrass Band will have a concert here on Sunday, March 21, at 1:00 p.m. in the sanctuary.  Come and sing along to your favorite songs and listen to some new ones!  Invite a friend to join you.

The annual Peace Rummage/Bake Sale is just around the corner and there are many ways that you can contribute to another successful year of contributing to our local charities. 

As a new feature for 2010, Peace crafters are invited to join the sale by setting up a station for your items and sharing a portion of your proceeds with the local charities that the Rummage Sale supports.  Contact Evonne Carlson to reserve your spot.

Additionally, remember to set aside donation items as you do your spring organizing.  We will begin accepting those donations on Saturday, April 24^th.   Large item pick-up service will again be offered on Saturday and Sunday (April 24^th and 25^th).  Keep in mind that we will not accept TV’s, VCR’s computers, printers/ copiers, microwaves, exercise equipment, adult clothing, or children’s car seats.  Watch for signs/flyers with further details regarding donation drop off and sale times/hours.

Finally, many volunteers are needed to continue the success of our Peace Rummage Sale.  Please mark your calendar and considering sharing your time by baking, setting-up, helping during sale hours, or tearing down after the sale.  See Deb Weir, Evonne Carlson, Sarah Kerbeshian, Pam Jette, or Jean Sorenson with any questions.
