 Sept.  20,  ’09    Kick Off With Tiger McLuen - Don’t miss this fun and entertaining look at life with mom and dad and how to survive it. (Sunday)  Mandatory attendance with parents.

 Oct.  31, ’09    Halloween Party for our Children - We will decorate rooms with theme games, hand out treats, and provide craft making event.  9:00-Noon   (Saturday)

November 14,  ’09    Skillet Concert - Bang your head and rock out with this Christian hard rock band.  Also performing:  Hawk Nelson, Decyfer Down, The Letter Black.   Convention Center (Saturday)  7:00 p.m.

January 8, ’10    Open Swim at Wayzata East Middle School - Hey, it’s a Friday night and it’s cold outside!  Sounds like a great time to take a dip in the pool and have some fun. 

February 13, ’10    Tubing at Eko Backen - Hit the hills with a tub!  Spend the day blasting down the hills on a donut the size of a car tire.  Sounds like fun!   (Saturday 10:30-4:00)

March 13,  ’10    Feed My Starving Children, Chanhassen Site - Help to make packaged meals for starving people around the world.  Don’t miss this event……you will walk away a different person! (Saturday)  7-9 p.m.  We need 20 people (going with high school)

June  6, ’10    Putt-Putt Golf at Big Stone Mini Golf - We will leave after worship, grab lunch and play some gold mini style!

Summer Wednesday “Boredom Busters” - Watch for scheduled events on Wednesdays afternoons throughout summer.  Begins June 16th!  Rides are available…call Pastor Jeff.

July 18-22, 2010    VBS Helpers - Our middle schoolers are some of the very best helpers for this most important event for our youngest.  Come and join the fun by lending a hand.  This year’s theme:  “Underwater World”.

Oct. 4, 2009  Fall Harvest Apple Orchard (Delano area) 1-5 pm - Fall Harvest Orchard is a working farm where you can pet farm animals.  Wagon rides are $1/person.

October 31, 2009    Halloween Party  10-noon - Our confirmation students plan fun game rooms, crafts, and songs….candy too!  Come in costume and plan for a good kind of Halloween party.

 December 5, 2009  Salvation Army Bell ringing  10:00 a.m. -2:00  pm - Sign up to take a 30 minute spot at the Plymouth Cub Food on Vicksburg.  We have both doors for the 4 hour slot.  Wear festive clothes and sing a Christmas song!

April  2010    Galewood Farm Visit (west of Minnetrista). - This is a working farm in the Three Rivers Park District.  So fun…so cute animals!  (watch for date….we are checking with their schedule of baby animal births)

May 16, 2010    Movie Day with Popcorn - We will watch a great family/kid movie blown up on the wall in the Fireside room….just like a movie!  Snacks provided.  Bring a pillow and sleeping bag to crash on the floor.

July 19-22, 2010    VBS Week At Peace -  Join us as we spend the week learning about God’s amazing love for us.  Our theme this year is “Underwater Adventure”.  Luther Park Bible Camp staff will once again be here to lead us in song, games, crafts, and Bible lessons.  Open to all 3yrs old-5th graders.

Aug 1-6, 2010   Luther Park Bible Camp Week in Danbury - Spend a week in Danbury at Luther Park Bible Camp.  A life-changing week!
